Incentives

Almost all projects will qualify for significant incentives, tax credits, and/or cash rebates for energy saving weatherization work. Total Comfort has decades of experience in helping our customers take advantage of these great programs, and we can usually help get you 30-75% of your total project cost back in incentives.

There are many incentive programs and funding sources for which you might qualify for, including:

• Non-governmental Organizations
• Mortgage Lenders
• Insurance Company

Some of the most common incentives come from:

• Energy Trust of Oregon (NW Natural, PGE, Pacificorp)
• Salem Electric, McMinnville Water & Light, Monmouth Power & Light and other public utilities
• Oregon Residental Tax Credit (for duct sealing and ductless heat pumps)
• Oregon Business Tax Credit (includes rental homes, apartments and commercial buildings)
